as ‘Maria Garringer’ vital data; brother Dallas C. Garringer’s
obituary (“Colville [WA] Statesman-Examiner” [9-IV-1971]):
‘Dallas Corwin Garringer, 79, a longtime Corville area resident
and prominent main street business figure, passed away April 2 …
Other survivors include his wife, Thelma, a sister, Marie
Caldwell of Bellefontaine, OH …’; Mardell H. Garringer to L.
Ellingham [1-III-2005]: ‘Marie married Sam Daldwell and they
lived in Bellfountaine, IN, had two sons and a daughter. One
son, Harold, lived at 814 18th St. W in Moorehead, MN, and died
12/7/99. He had two daughters and 3 grandchildren, with whom
Marie lived during her latter years, late 60s. Second son was
called Bud, do not know his given name and have no information
for him. The daughter’s name was Eileen and she married a Geo.
Spade, a railroadman, had two sons. They lived in Chandler, FL,
address P.O. Box 196, zip 32111. Marie was still living in 1968,
as per Grandma’s diary, she had received a letter from marie
9/5/68. Sam and Marie are both deceased now …’

Marie married Samuel Caldwell [1669] [MRIN: 762] on an unknown date.
