Marriage Records” Vol 1 (1803-1837): ‘Martin Boots = Rhoda Dill,
21 Dec 1826’; 1850 Greene Co., OH census at Xenia (p. 44B): age
47; farmer; real estate value, $5170 — this 1850 census (taken
in Jul 1850) shows, at the end of the listing of family members,
‘William M. Boots’ age 20; farmer; he has not been listed here
as a child because it seems likely he is in fact Wm. M. Boots
[Reunion #15490], age 19, son of Adam (II) & Eliz. Pendroy
Boots, who will later appear in the 1850 Delaware Co., IN census
for this family (IN census in Sep 1850); 1860 Randolph Co., IN
census (Green township) [p. 554, ll. 29-34]: age 56 — a ‘Morgan
Jacole, age 15, born in Ohio’ is with family (possibly ‘Martin
Jacob Boots [correct age]’); “History of Delaware Co., IN [1881]
p. 240: possibly entered land in Section 23 [Delaware township]
